Ingredients

For the salad:

  • Ground beef or turkey (cooked and seasoned) 🌮

  • Taco seasoning 🌶️

  • Romaine or iceberg lettuce (chopped) 🥬

  • Cherry tomatoes (halved) 🍅

  • Black beans (drained and rinsed) 🖤

  • Corn (fresh or canned) 🌽

  • Red onion (diced) 🧅

  • Shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend 🧀

  • Crushed tortilla chips or strips 🌽

  • Avocado or guacamole 🥑

For the dressing:

  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • Salsa

  • Lime juice 🍋

  • Taco seasoning


Instructions

  • Cook ground meat with taco seasoning until fully browned. Let cool slightly.
