Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.

Heat butter in a skillet and cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and flour to make a roux. Slowly whisk in beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Simmer until thickened.

Combine pasta, meatballs, and gravy sauce in a large baking dish. Mix gently to coat evenly.

Notes
