Ingredients

  • Cooked or canned salmon 🐟

  • Celery (finely chopped) 🌿

  • Red onion (finely diced) 🧅

  • Fresh dill (chopped) 🌱

  • Capers (optional)

  • Mayonnaise

  • Dijon mustard

  • Lemon juice 🍋

  • Salt & pepper

For assembling:

  • Your choice of sandwich bread 🥪

  • Lettuce leaves 🥬

  • Tomato slices 🍅

  • Cucumber slices (optional) 🥒


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flaked salmon with celery, red onion, dill, and capers if using. Stir in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy and well combined.
