Instructions

In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook meatballs until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until softened. Stir in flour and cook 1–2 minutes.

Slowly whisk in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Simmer until thickened, then season with salt and pepper.

Return meatballs to the gravy and simmer 10 minutes until cooked through.

Meanwhile, boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
