These quick and easy breakfast rolls combine fluffy eggs, sausage, and cheese inside golden crescent dough. Baked to perfection, they’re ideal for busy mornings, brunch spreads, or freezer-friendly meal prep.
Ingredients

½ lb ground breakfast sausage

4 large eggs

1 tbsp milk or cream (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tube crescent roll dough (8 oz)

Olive oil spray or melted butter (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain and set aside.

Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble until just set.

Unroll crescent dough and cut into 8 rectangles.

Add sausage, eggs, and cheese to each piece. Roll up tightly, tucking in sides.

Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Spray or brush with oil or butter.

Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed. Let cool slightly before serving.

To freeze: cool completely, wrap individually, and freeze up to 2 months.
