A quick and festive holiday meatball dish simmered in a sweet-tangy cranberry and chili sauce. Perfect as an appetizer or main course.
Ingredients

2 pounds frozen meatballs, thawed

1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce

1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce (like Heinz)

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons orange juice or 1 tsp zest (optional)

Pinch of allspice or cinnamon (optional)
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, and optional citrus and spices.

Heat over medium, stirring until smooth and blended.

Add thawed meatballs, stir gently to coat.

Simmer on low for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Optional: Transfer to a baking dish and broil for 3–4 minutes for caramelization.
