Description
This quick Caprese naan pizza combines fresh mozzarella, juicy tomatoes, and basil on soft flatbread. Baked in just 10 minutes for a fast, flavorful meal or appetizer.
Ingredients

2 naan breads (plain or garlic)

1 tbsp olive oil

½ cup fresh mozzarella, sliced

1–2 Roma or Campari tomatoes, thinly sliced

Salt & pepper to taste

¼ cup fresh basil leaves

Optional: balsamic glaze, red pepper flakes, shredded mozzarella, pesto
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Place naan on sheet and brush with olive oil.

Top with sliced mozzarella and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.

Remove from oven. Top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Slice and serve warm.
