  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade pizza dough)

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices (or chopped regular pepperoni)

  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)

Optional Add-ins: diced bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, cooked sausage, bacon crumbles, fresh basil or parsley


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a Bundt pan or round baking dish.

  • Cut each biscuit into four pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.

  • Add melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, and pepperoni to the bowl. Toss until dough pieces are fully coated.

  • Transfer the coated dough pieces into the prepared pan, distributing toppings evenly.

  • Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the bread is cooked through in the center.

 

  • Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Check doneness with a skewer; it should come out clean.

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
