1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Zest of 1 lemon

1 lemon, halved

4 garlic cloves, smashed

Instructions

Preheat your rotisserie or oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove any giblets from the chicken cavity and pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and lemon zest.
