A quick and cheesy twist on pizza night—these pepperoni pizza quesadillas are crispy on the outside, loaded with gooey cheese, savory pepperoni, and zesty pizza sauce inside.


Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas

  • Pizza sauce

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Pepperoni slices

  • Olive oil or butter

  • Italian seasoning

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with olive oil or butter.

  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet, spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over it.

  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly and layer pepperoni slices on top.

  4. Place another tortilla over the filling and press gently.
