Ingredients

For the base:

  • Flour tortillas or naan 🫓

  • Refried beans

  • Cooked ground beef or seasoned taco meat 🌮

  • Taco seasoning 🌶️

  • Shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese 🧀

  • Salsa or enchilada sauce 🍅

Toppings:

  • Sliced olives 🫒

  • Diced tomatoes 🍅

  • Jalapeños 🌶️

  • Green onions 🌿

  • Sour cream

  • Fresh cilantro 🌱


Instructions

  • Preheat oven and crisp tortillas or naan until lightly golden.

  • Spread a layer of refried beans on each crust, followed by taco-seasoned beef.

  • Spoon on salsa or sauce, sprinkle cheese generously, and add any desired toppings before baking.

  • Bake until cheese is bubbly and edges are crispy.

Notes

Use black beans or chicken for a different take. Add avocado or hot sauce for more punch. Cut into wedges and serve with guacamole for a party-ready platter!
