Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

3/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Marinara sauce (for simmering, optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit 5 minutes.

Add ground beef, Parmesan, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.

Form into 1½-inch meatballs and place on prepared rack.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

(Optional) Simmer in marinara sauce for 5–10 minutes before serving.
