Ingredients

For the salad:

  • Cherry tomatoes or ripe tomatoes (chopped) 🍅

  • Cucumber (sliced or chopped) 🥒

  • Red onion (thinly sliced) 🧅

  • Kalamata olives 🫒

  • Green bell pepper (optional) 🫑

  • Crumbled or block feta cheese 🧀

  • Fresh oregano or parsley 🌿

For the dressing:

  • Olive oil 🫒

  • Red wine vinegar

  • Lemon juice 🍋

  • Garlic (minced) 🧄

  • Dried oregano

  • Salt & pepper

Optional add-ins:

  • Avocado 🥑

  • Chickpeas

  • Capers


Instructions

Notes
