Ingredients
For the stroganoff:

Boneless chicken (sliced or cubed) 🍗

Mushrooms (sliced, any variety) 🍄

Onion (diced) 🧅

Garlic (minced) 🧄

Olive oil & butter 🫒🧈

Chicken broth

Sour cream or Greek yogurt 🥛

Dijon mustard

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms in butter until softened and browned.

Stir in broth, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Simmer to reduce slightly.

Lower heat and stir in sour cream until smooth. Return chicken to the sauce and heat through.

Serve over noodles or rice and top with parsley for a fresh finish.
Notes
Add spinach or peas for extra veggies. Use cream for a richer version, or swap chicken for beef strips. Leftovers are even better the next day!
