Ingredients
For the meatballs:

Ground beef or turkey

Breadcrumbs

For the sauce:
- 
Bell peppers (red, yellow, green – sliced) 🌶️

Onion (sliced) 🧅

Garlic (minced) 🧄

Chicken or beef broth 
- 
Heavy cream or half-and-half 🥛 
- 
Paprika

Instructions
- 
Mix meatball ingredients and form into small balls. Sear in a skillet until browned on all sides, then remove. 
- 
In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic until tender. 
- 
Add broth, cream, and paprika. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened. 
- 
Return meatballs to the pan and simmer in the sauce until cooked through and flavors meld. 
- 
Garnish with parsley and serve over your favorite base. 
Notes
Add a touch of Dijon mustard or crushed red pepper for depth. Use plant-based meatballs for a vegetarian twist. Great for meal prep and tastes even better the next day!
