Ingredients
1 lb carrots, sliced or baby carrots
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
½ cup water or broth
¼ tsp salt
Optional: chopped parsley, cinnamon, or orange zest
Instructions

Add carrots and water to skillet. Cover and steam for 6–8 minutes until fork-tender.

Drain remaining water. Add butter, brown sugar, and salt to skillet.

Stir and cook uncovered for 4–5 minutes, until glaze thickens.
