Creamy Tuscan ‘Marry Me’ Chicken features golden seared chicken simmered in a garlic-Parmesan cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach. It’s a one-skillet dish that feels fancy but cooks in 30 minutes.
Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts (halved horizontally)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

¾ cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1½ cups baby spinach
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Instructions

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.

In same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add sun-dried tomatoes.

Add chicken broth and scrape up bits. Stir in cream.

Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

Stir in spinach to wilt.

Return chicken to pan and simmer 2–3 minutes.

Garnish with basil and serve hot.
