1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional for extra tang)

Instructions

Prepare the chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. -
Make the sauce:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the sweet chili sauce, heavy cream, soy sauce, and rice vinegar (if using). Bring to a simmer and let cook for 3–4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Taste and add honey for more sweetness if desired. -
Combine chicken and sauce:
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for an additional 3–4 minutes to absorb the flavors. -
Serve:
Remove the chicken from the skillet and plate it. Pour the sauce over the chicken and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice or vegetables.
