Description

This dreamy one-pan dish features tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and pasta all coated in a rich, garlicky cream sauce. It’s comforting, colorful, and perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends!

 


Ingredients

For the pasta:

  • Cooked chicken (sliced or shredded) 🍗

  • Pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine work great) 🍝

  • Broccoli, bell peppers, or zucchini 🥦🫑🥒

  • Carrots or peas (optional) 🥕🟢

  • Garlic (minced) 🧄

  • Onion (diced) 🧅

  • Olive oil 🫒

  • Butter

  • Chicken broth

  • Heavy cream or half-and-half 🥛

  • Grated parmesan cheese 🧀

  • Italian seasoning 🌿

  • Salt & pepper

Optional toppings:

  • Red pepper flakes 🌶️

  • Fresh basil or parsley 🌱


Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.

  • Sauté garlic, onion, and vegetables in butter and olive oil until just tender.

  • Add cooked chicken, broth, cream, and seasonings. Simmer gently to thicken.

  • Stir in parmesan and cooked pasta. Toss until everything is well coated and heated through.

  • Serve hot, garnished with herbs and optional chili flakes for a kick.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Add mushrooms or spinach for extra veggies. Delicious with garlic bread or a side salad!
