Instructions

Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, and reserve some pasta water.

In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic in olive oil and butter. Add mushrooms and cook until browned.

Pour in broth and cream, then simmer to reduce slightly. Stir in cheese and seasonings.

Add chicken and pasta to the sauce, tossing until coated. Use reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.

Notes
