Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta with Broccoli & Bell Peppers is a spicy, comforting one-skillet meal made with seasoned chicken, sautéed vegetables, and a rich cream sauce.
Ingredients

12 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)

1 lb chicken breast, sliced

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

2 cups broccoli florets
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 cup reserved pasta water

Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package; reserve 1/2 cup water.

Season chicken with Cajun spice and a pinch of salt.

Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken 3–4 mins per side. Remove.

In same pan, melt butter. Sauté peppers and broccoli 5 mins. Add garlic; cook 30 sec.

Add cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2–3 mins until thickened.

Add chicken and pasta. Toss with pasta water to loosen sauce.

Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley.
