A hearty one-pan dinner with crispy ranch-seasoned potatoes, juicy smoked sausage, and melty cheddar cheese. Quick, flavorful, and perfect for family meals.
Ingredients

1.5 lbs baby red or Yukon Gold potatoes, halved or quartered

14 oz smoked sausage (kielbasa or andouille), sliced into ¼” rounds

2 tbsp olive oil

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or homemade)

1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: chopped green onions or chives for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning until evenly coated.

Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes.

Add sausage slices to the pan, mix gently, and bake another 15–20 minutes.

Sprinkle cheese over the top and return to oven for 5 minutes until melted.

Garnish with green onions if desired. Serve hot.
