Ingredients

Beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

Pasta (penne or fettuccine)

Olive oil

Butter

Garlic, minced

Heavy cream

Beef broth

Parmesan cheese, grated

Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add beef slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add heavy cream and beef broth, stirring until combined. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, cooking until the sauce thickens.

Return the cooked beef to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.

Add pasta to the skillet and mix until fully coated.

Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
