Ingredients

6 cups mixed greens or arugula

2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced

½ cup chopped toasted pecans or walnuts

Vinaigrette:

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions

Toast nuts in dry skillet for 2–3 minutes; set aside.

Whisk vinaigrette ingredients until combined.
